one two five

I read a phenomenal amount of books this year (one hundred twenty-five), motivated partly by the fact that I'd be selling them later. I have this strange compulsion: I have to read a book if I've paid money for it. This may sometimes take months, or even years, which is why I've acquired as many books as I have, and is also why I've hung on to them. It would be unfair to the book otherwise. There are some exceptions to what has been listed at Second Chance Book Adoption, but for the most part, I've read the books that I've posted there.

So, in case you're at all interested, following is the list of books I devoured in 2006, including graphic novels and journals/zines whose primary purpose was to publish short fiction:

Yup. :) And I'll be doing even more once we get to Singapore, and getting first-hand experience and instruction.

How did you like the Bangkok books?

Yeah, it works out to something like a new book every three days, although a lot of these books were on the short side (200 pages or less), and the graphic novels also read extremely quickly.
